This is the opposite list to CHAPTER11 trading, if there we look to invest in bankrupt companies
assets so here we want to sell short stocks that soon will go bankrupt or bust. This stocks usually trade in low digits, have
more debt than they can chew, very low insider ownership, sharply declining sales, earnings and other ratios. We will
not add here stocks that may recover from Chapter11 or can be taken over by a competitor or in other LBO, LBI and any other
transaction to save the company and it's issued equity. This stocks after filling for Chapter11 most likely will sell all
their assets and it will not be enough to repay their senior and secured debt holders, in other words this firms may use Chapter11
but in reality this is a Chapter7 liquidation where a trustee is appointed immediately and all assets are sold to the first
